Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within our stated handling time and shipped via our selected courier service. Estimated delivery times (including 1–4 working days within the UK where applicable) are guidelines only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, liability transfers to the shipping provider unless Shipping Protection has been purchased.
