Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. By purchasing Shipping Protection, you agree that any claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost parcels). Claims require valid proof, including photos of damaged items or confirmation of non-delivery. If approved, we will offer a replacement item or store credit at our discretion. Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has been placed and does not cover incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Without Shipping Protection, we are not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
